Start with your why and protect it faithfully. The noise of visibility, validation, and velocity will come for your purpose if you let it. Know what you are building and for whom, and return to that clarity every time the pressure to perform outweighs your commitment to transform.

Also, do not scale what has not been proven at depth. We live in a culture consumed by reach, but depth precedes breadth every time. Build something so rooted, so real, so embedded in the lives of the people you serve, that when it grows, it carries the same integrity at scale that it had at the beginning.
